Necessary Software, Materials and Equipment

  • High-speed internet connection—courseware and virtual sessions require that you remain connected via cable to the Internet for the entire time;
  • Computer with the minimum required configurations for the program;
  • Application software and peripherals required for the course. Please note that the online and virtual session platform are compatible with both Mac and PC systems, but some of the taught software are only compatible with Windows;
  • Sound card, headphones and microphone;
  • Scanner.

Where can I buy the required software for my class?

The software and materials required for the program are compulsory and offered at special student rates at CL.IP, LaSalle College’s supply store.

Which software do I need to buy for next semester?

You will need to wait for the first class before purchasing any software required for your training. You tutors may have some specifications (version, software, etc.) concerning the products and will guide you to make the best purchases.

When will I receive my schedule for next semester?

Schedules are available on Omnivox or on my.ilasallecampus.com one to two weeks prior to the beginning of each semester.

How to?

How do I access my virtual sessions?

You can access your virtual sessions in one of two ways:

1. Login to the my.ilasallecampus.com website with your username and password. Click on the date of your session in the calendar located at the bottom of the home page and enter the programmed session for the day. Please make sure to click on the correct date.

2. Open the URL link you receive by email the day of the class and access your session with your username and password.

Ensure that your browser is not set to block pop-up ads and deactivate your firewall. Do the following test ilasalle.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm to make sure that your computer and network are ready for a virtual session.


How do I access recordings of virtual sessions?

Go to "My Classes" section in the virtual campus, then pick the session that you wish to see and click on the date of the playback. The recording will be available a few hours after the end of the session.
