The back-to-school period at College LaSalle is a time of the year filled with enthusiasm and expectations, where students gear up to face the challenges of the upcoming session!
In September, the College simplified the student experience so that everyone can obtain their essential cards and information while maintaining a lively atmosphere!
LaSalle College was back this year for a wild M.A.D Festival. With a prime location and a "Walk-In" concept fashion show, the student creations were a hit with the audience. They were showcased in a colourful installation that encouraged the public to try them on.
As for the show, the models began their performance in underwear and put on the students' creations on 3 different stages, then paraded through the crowd. We are already looking forward to the 2024 edition!
Xpress mode, industry meetups and an upcycling workshop at the McCord Museum: Fashion Week offered our students plenty of activities!
Our Fashion Design and Fashion Marketing programs strive to provide students with as many hands-on experiences and contacts with industry experts as possible, but that's not limited to Fashion Week! Several enriching experiences took place during the session, such as a trip to visit the Alexander McQueen exhibition at the McCord Museum in Quebec City.

The 2023 edition of Techweek has taken the concept to a whole new level! A career day, conferences and panels each day on the current and future state of AI, augmented reality, cyber defence and much more!
We asked Nayara, an AI and Machine Learning student and member of a new Artificial Intelligence club at the college, what she thought of Techweek:
What a week !
